The Seller shall deliver the Equipment to the board of the ship FCA at the place of Equipment shipping at the address————————
The title to the Equipment is transferred by the Seller to the Buyer from the moment of the Equipment delivery determined as per Section 4.5 hereof.

按照该合同4.5节,交付货物的时间即为货物所有权从卖方转移到买方的时间.
