I am not a salesman,but I want to be.My boss think it is not suitable,he think it is good for me to be a staff auditor.And he will teach me.Now every day I do the work as labourers.I feel so tired.I keep staying ,just hope some day he could tell me how to estimate the cost of the samples.now instead of being a salesman I want to be a good staff auditor!! Aha ha!!

Boss always hold their own thought even if you feel that some of his thought is wrong. So, just try to do you best and put his thought at one side.
No matter what you did do at this moment, but i think you can learn much more from the current job if you have determined to do it well and have the goal to be a sales.

also it come with you how far you from your goal, i guess the staff auditor just like HR ASSISTANT, not relatived to the Sales;
If you want to know how to make a cost form, it just ask someobody in your company to teach you. Dont wait for someone to tell you, it' s too late to learn. And the boss will not be like just as you wanted. Dont depend on the boss.
If you want to know how to make a cost just learn from FOB forun is ok, learn from GOOGLE, learn from the purchaser assistant, and the accountant assistant is ok. All you need to do is enlarged your interpersonal relationship, dont wait for anything you wanted, just go for it.
