如题,不能清楚理解以下保修条款意思。
Warranty: Yoyka for its machine supplies, send free of charge spare parts for a sum equivalent to 2% of the machine value, to cover warranty parts. On top of this, in case of very unlikely major failure that could show-up in the first week of work or so, Yoyka will also recognize the specific defective parts under warranty. Transport and labour are at the dealer’s charge.

质量保证:Yoyka供应机台时,需要免费提供等同于机台价值2%的零部件作为质量保证零备件。而且,在机台运行第一周出现主要故障,Yoyka也应同样承认此故障属于质量保证范围,并承担由此导致的运输和人工成本。

我是这样理解的,不敢确定“dealer’s ”是指Yoyka 呢还yoyka 的买家.如下:

质量保证:Yoyka公司供货时,免费配送相当于总机价值2%的零部件作为保修配件。此外,如果在机器运行第一周左右出现主要故障,及发现有严重缺陷的零部件的,Yoyka公司承认以上都属于质量保修范围内。运输和人工成本由dealer承担。
