其中“average for 10days preceding L/C date“应该怎么理解呢？
5.Seller’s bank shall receive buyer’s LC for each subsequent shipment not later than 30days before the first day of the next intended laytime.
这一句又应该如何理解？

其他我就不是很清楚了 备用信用证我有接触到 但是你说的那个我倒是不清楚
不过楼主你是买家还是卖家？备用信用证这个东西 相当于是给买家提供融资的
