I am concerned how the front falls on this garment. The back neck is stitched down but the front is stitched back & hemmed, there is a point at the front where this twists on the front & doesn't sit well.如何理解“stitch down" 和 ”stitch back"?

STITCH DOWN 是车线车死的意思，把两个部位车在一起，不能分开。STITCH BACK是指回针的意思，增加牢度。供参考。
