Payment termsOrders 1 to 3:
30% Deposit prior to production and then 70% balance payment within 4 days after confirmation received that the order has been delivered to the required shipment location, taking into account that bulk samples are received 7 - 10 days prior to Ex-Factory
Orders 4 to 6:
Full balance payment within 4 days after confirmation received that the order has been delivered to the required shipment location, taking into account that bulk samples are received 7-10 days prior to Ex-Factory
Orders 7 onwards:
Full balance payment 30 days after shipment. This is a variable date as we make payment only once per month in the date rage of the 6 to 9 of every month.
Please note that should bulk sample not be received prior to shipment, then the payment will be made once the goods are received and verified in our warehouse in Durban, Thus the payment will be made 60 days after shipment.
Should your order partly fail quality inspection on arrival and subsequently be cancelled by our customer, then a full credit will be taken for the FOB value, shipping and duties as well as loss of sales / revenue.
Should your order partly fail quality inspection and subsequently be taken in on "SALE OR RETURN" then the order will not be paid until the complete order has been sold or the balance of the order has been returned. You will then be paid for the units sold by customer only. A credit will be taken for the FOB value, shipping and duties as well as loss of sales / revenue for the items not sold. This process can take up to 5 months to be completed.
