2。我们的订单号必须呈现在所有的相关文件中，例如箱单，发票，运输标签（可能是唛头），提单。
3,。除非有另外安排，否者所有次品都将全部退还。
4。本订单的接受者，必须保证本批货物的生产，定价，销售都是符合美国联邦政府和所在洲的法律的。
5。无我们的提前书面同意，此处价格和相关条款不接受任何改动。
