DearWe need to refund the money for missing style and shipping cost which is totally USD 589US$ (goods:454.89$ + shipping cost 134.11$) to you.
For the problem of less goods on these two orders, after checking and found that total amount is the same as the amount which you paid by western union last time,
so you can directly get back from the account. But regarding usd 60 charges with western union, I regret to say we can't refund to you. Pls kindly know, each payment paid
by western union must exist some charges and this fee is generally by our customer's themselves, I think it's reasonable and most supplier shouldn't refund the charge...
so we will be much appreciated if you can kindly understand。

"你的客户下了两个新订单. 刚好收到客户一批退货.所以用其中一个订单的金额去抵消退货款.客户只需要付一个订单的款" 是这样的意思吗?

I am sorry for being made you confused .You have been told that the amount of USDXX of the paypal should be paid to you soon and please kindly note that it's equal to the money of the 2nd PO we should pay you back .that means you just need to pay the money for 1st order only .would it be ok ?
