Wow……How happy to receiving your new order! but really sorry to tell you that I have made a mistake when quoted. Our factory will lose a lot of money if we arrange the production with the original price. The price is even lower than the cost fee. Hope you can understand.
So we would like to adjust the price from $ to $. Does the new price meet your market ? Would you also like to place the order to us.

直接跟客户说是你们报错价了,客户估计会生气。有没有一种可能说最近原材料涨价,或者人工费涨价的原因,不得不提高报价,这样也许客户还能理解。

Dear Mr./Ms.,
I am awfully sorry to inform that we could not execute the order based on the original quotation as I had under-estimated the price when I quoted you initially.
I know that's not a professional behavior to back out our promise,however,I am afraid that we will have to do that because my original quotation is not even enough to cover our manufacturing cost.
The new price will be US$.. with breakdown as below(你可以提供一下明细来说明涨价的原因,争取客人的谅解)。
You could check with our suppliers to verify and I am sure that you will find our revised quotation is reasonable.
We will be happy to offer you some discount in the future as a compensation for any losses our neglience might have caused.
