情况是这样的：客户很早就发了内页设计文件和PO给我们，设计文件上的内页张数是144张，但PO上是128张，我们报价的也是128张，但我们打样寄给客户的是144张，客户确认也没发现这个问题，我们今天准备安排生产，才发现PO和设计的内页张数不一致。现在要找客户确认，但老大说要将这个问题弱化，不要让客户觉得我们粗心大意，这封邮件应该怎么写好呢？
求高手赐教，非常感谢。

Dear Mr./Ms.,
Thank you for sending us PO.
We came across a problem when reviewing the orginal design and the PO,there is a total of 144pages on your design,based on which we prepared for the sample and being approved by your side.
However,on the PO,it stipulates that it is 128pages only,as a matter of fact,our quotation for the sample was also based on this quantity.
Would you mind confirming shall we start the mass production based on qty of 128pages or 144pages?In case 144pages is the right figure,I am afraid that we will have to adjust our quotation a little bit to reflect the correct manufacturing cost.
Sorry for bring about this issue now,but we think that it's better to get everything straightered out beforehand to avoid any future problem.
