Dear Mr. Owen Cheng,While we have seen the photos/pictures of the attached files, we would like
to have the plumbing service requirement for each deck (for condensed
steam)
and also for the under-built proofer.
1. Do they have inter-plumbed drain pipe of each deck and then connected to
the drain of under-built proofer.
2. If so can you please share the cad drawing as we would like to give
solution to a customer who is going to place this equipment in a kitchen
where they will have restriction on the floor drains.
Your elaborate explanation + Cad Drawing will be helpful.
Customer would like to decide only upon receipt of these inputs as their
civil department need to know in advance the drain out
(location/size/position) on each deck of one single out + the exact
position + size of drain outlet for the under-built proofer etc.,
