该订单货品仍然存在严重质量问题，钉子外露，做工不良，开裂。附件验货报告供参考。1.请告知为什么这几批货会反复出现此类问题，工厂为什么不重视该情况，为什么不想办法改善避免同类问题的再次发生？这样的产品质量问题浪费了我们大量的人力物力，也对我们的销售造成相当不利的影响。该货品是儿童用品，存在安全隐患的产品我们不能接受。同上张订单的操作方式，我们已经对货物进行全检，对存在安全隐患的不良品进行挑选，具体数量和人工费用待检查结束后告知。请知悉。
2.连续出现质量问题，我们真的没办法接受，下一张订单货品是否可以在泰国进行全检，挑出不良品后在安排出货。
3.既然两岸的标准一样，为什么泰国QC的验货报告为什么是PASS，中国就没办法通过？
4.相关同事是否已经和工厂的老板沟通？反馈结果如何？

We still observed serious quality problem with this order such as exposure of nails,bad craftsmanship and cracking.I hereby
attched the inspection report for your reference.
A.Please explain why there is a recurrance of such kind of problems.Why the factory did not pay attention to it and take
effective counter-measured to avoid such things from happening again and again?It has costed us hugh amount of
manpower and labor for these kinds of quality problems,additionaly,our sales were affected negatively as well.As it's for
children use,we could not take them as they were due to safety concerns.As what we did on the last order,we have
implemented comprehensive inspection over the goods.Please be noted that e are now in the process of picking out those inferiror ones with hidden dangers,the actual quantity and labor would be advised once the inspection is over.

There is no way for us to accept the current situation as quality problem kept occuring,we are wondering whether we
could apply comprehensive inspection in Thailand for the next order,only shipping is allowed after inferior ones were picked
out.

Also,we are curious why the QC report in Thailand reads"Pass" while it failed to pass QC in China since the same
inspection standard is applied in both countries?

Have the person in charge related this to the owner of the factory?Any feedback?
