我的一天：A new dayOur company is so busy during this puriod that some of us were arranged to help produce air compressors, and I was a member of them. At the beginning of this behavior, I felt very exciting because I can do things for our own company, but with the time flies ,I found that if I help somebody do a job (just help him or her) he or she would ask you do his or her own job which made me unhappy.
I always think myself : if I must lose my kind-hearting that makes me fell happy and success in usual work. I am a new comer in the company, there are so many things to do and to study. The most important, I had never studied any knowledge about the international trade, so I had so much pressure so as to I fell so tired sometimes.
Everyday I have to remind myself that you must study new English words, you must read the book the international trade , you must practice spoken English, you must learn the products of our company and so on and so forth.
This is the first time I speak out my hearted words.......

Everyday I have to remind myself that you must study new English words, you must read the book about the international trade , you must practice spoken English, you must learn the products of our company and so on and so forth.
This is the first time I speak out the words from my heart/what i wanted to say.......

lz你是用第一人称描述的对不对，那么有个句子应该是这样的：
Everyday I have to tell myself that I must study new English words, I must read the book about international trade, I must practise my oral English, I must learn something new about the products of our company, etc.
从上下文衔接来看，lz是不是想表达：
Sometimes I ask myself if I have to give up my kind-hearting that makes me fell happy and successful in daily work, as I spent so much time in helping other colleagues with their own job.

haha刚才把LZ写的话发给国外的朋友看了，
他说没有不对的 ，不过我觉得表达方面可以简洁些 有些句子可以用连词连起 这样看起来会更好吧？

If I helped somebody to do his or her job, he or she would keep me always doing this job again and again. It made me unhappy.
I even thought to myself whether I should throw away my kind-heart or not. I just want to live in peace and happy I am a new comer in the company, there are so many things to do and to study. The most important, I had never studied any knowledge about the international trade yet! I have much pressure of work, all happened here makes me feel very tired.
Every day, I have to remind myself that you must study new English words, you must read books about the international trade , you must practice spoken English, you must learn the products of our company and so on.
This is the first time I speak out my hearted words.......
