客户要求我们弄一份公司声明给他，内容由对方提供，主要是声明我们提供的产品中不含石棉材质。麻烦大侠看下，是如果发现这种材质要负责还是对已经发现的情况负责？对第二句有疑虑。On behalf of “Company Name” hereby declare that all goods supplied to C are FREE OF ASBESTOS. Should asbestos be detected in the goods supplied, I hereby take full responsibility for the cost of rectifying the situation and the fines and penalties involved. Responsibilities will be extended to costs and penalties incurred by C from their customers should Asbestos Be Detected In our goods Supplied to them.

改正此状况所产生的成本,相关的罚款和处罚.

责任延伸至由于产品中含石棉C的客户追究C公司所产生的费用和罚金(也就是连带责任)
楼主是做保温产品的吧,这才用到石棉,很多国家就不允许使用的

对的。这里的should的用法是表示虚拟语气 与将来事实相反 例如：Should he come here tomorrow, I would talk to him. 还有我们的开发信经常结尾有Should any of these items be of interest to you, please let us know.We will be happy to give you a quotation upon receipt of your detailed requirements.
你应该明白这个意思了吧。
