这里的姓名/头衔是写对方的还是我的，在我的理解中应该是写对方的，不知道有没有错，但是这和下面的Dear Sir/Madam是不是显得重复了呢？？？
问题二、Business/Organization
这里的公司/机构名称是对方的还是我方的呢，在我的理解中仍然是对方的，不知道有没有错。。。

你前面发的那个范文，个人觉得太脱离实际了。
首先格式上，根本没必要在开头写什么name，title这些东西，邮件里都已经包含了的。
内容上完全是臆想出来的，真正接触到的询盘里，很少有人会这么正规地去写。
希望你可以找一些实例的邮件去参考，同事以往的邮件也好，网上的教学也好。
非专业的初学者如果太抠细节，很容易捡了芝麻丢了西瓜，有机会的话，还是学习一下专业老师的视频吧。
虽说勤能补拙，但是电商里的机会稍纵即逝，不仅要勤奋，还要有方法，有敏锐的嗅觉。

谢谢你中肯的意见，不过现在我的第一步是学习写外贸函电，现在我的水平就相当于高中生，所以觉得有很多都不会，我还是想坚持，不坚持我都没计划的看别人写的那完全也不行，等我有一定水平之后再去看技巧吧，如果我基本的都不会那还谈什么技巧呢。。。
