Declining an Offer

Dear Sirs,

We have reveived your offer for 200sets of washing machine. Thank you for your prompt reply. After careful consideration, we do not deny that we are interested in your products, as you know. However , we find that we can obtain from another firm a price o 10% lower than that of yours. If you would reduce your price to that extent, we will be pleased to place with you an order that will carry us for the rest of this year. Otherwise, we have to turn to other resources.
