我们根据你们之前的标注修改了合同。
In point 4, we made terms FCA deliveries as our transport company will take away from you freight, but you have to make customs cleaning of goods, and provide the export declaration, transport company.
在第四点中，我们改成了FCA运输方式，因为我们的货代会从你那取货，但请你做好货物清关工作，提供报关单及船运公司信息。
If everything suits you, we wait subhand-written of you the contract.
假如一切贵方同意OK，在此等候你们手写合同（签字了的合同）。

但是我们跟他做的是出厂价，怎么还需要我们清关跟提供报关单和船运公司信息？
