根据《商标法》第三十二条的规定，商标注册申请人如果对本驳回决定不服，可以字收到本通知之日起十五日内向国家工商行政管理总局商标评审委员会申请复审

Upon examination, we decide to reject the application for trademark registration according to article 28 of trademark law. The reason is as follows:
The trademark is similar to MAREL trademark of Mareli HE which has been registered with NO.G700254 on the similar service item.
According to article 32 of trademark law, If the applicant of trademark registration rejects to obey the decision , he can apply for reviewing to trade review and appraisal board of state administration for industry and Commerce within 15 days from receiving this notice.
