We have long term cooperationn with Libya to export water pump ,now the goods of contract ... deliver to ....with a container on ...,the vessel is ...,container number is..... the seal number is ....is in charge of ...FREIGHT FORWARDER authorized by SW ,we need the master vessel B/L released by vessel company ,but they can release forwarder waybill only ,pls see copy attached and confirm with your details ,this waybill is true when you can take out your goods by released waybill .

The shipment is operating by B company which named by A company. The Cargo details as below:

We claimed that the B company to sign out the Master Bill Of Lading, but now they only offered the Forwarder Bill of Lading to us, please see attachment.
Please confirm that this Forwarder Bill of Lading is REAL and EFFECTIVE, which have the REAL TITLE. Only with Forwarder Bill of Lading (or after Telex Release with this Forwarder Bill of Lading) will pick up the cargoes at Destination Port.
