The time charter equivalent used shall be based on the Baltic Route C10 Western Australia to China, with pricing based on the Quotation Period (as defined below) and a bunker rate of the average of Platts SHG IFO 380 CST prices for the Quotation Period (as defined below).

买方可以宣港基础港（一般为青岛）以外的其他港口作为卸货港，但是买方承担由此产生的运费加价。运费加价用SCHEDULE 5的表格进行计算，计算使用数据为：合同约定的quotation period区间的各种指数平均，包括BCI C10指数， PLATTS IFO380 CST价格等。
