唉，怪自己英语不好，想问下各位，下面的这份STATEMENT LETTER，冒号后面分别填写什么呀？I, who signed below后面要写吗？这个NAME后面是写公司名称还是填写人的名称呀Designation是表达什么意思？最最下面那个FULL NAME是写公司名称吗？
