Dear Chandler,We are also looking from our end for the air freight shipment whichever is convenient we will proceed. For Dubai it is 5% customs duty. If we are arranging lifting of material by air freight can you please give revised ex-works price.

那是关税，不是运费~

客户的意思应该是 他付运费， 迪拜那边清关关税是5%。你给他修改下报价，改成EXW价格好了。

5%关税是正常。如果发双清专线，则没有5%关税出现
