因为他之前的邮件说要提供很多工具，但是工厂只能提供其中两种：Please make sure that any heavy tool or machinery needed for the Inspection of your products is made available to our inspector, such as individual and cartons scales, electrical testing machines, metal detection machines, and other testing equipments
