1. Force Majeure: Neither Party shall be held responsible for non-performance or delay in performance pursuant to the Agreement if such non-performance or delay has been caused by government restrictions, including a refusal or cancellation of any export or other social disturbances, wars, uprisings, earthquakes etc. If a given party cannot meet its obligations resulting from the Agreement due to reasons falling outside its cope of responsibility, the affected party shall send a relevant notification at the e-mail address stated in this Agreement, giving a detailed description of the reasons underlying the problem.2. In case the situation was caused on part of JJ for reasons attributed to force majeure and the Customer has already paid an advance or the whole amount for the goods, JJ undertakes to return to the Customer the equivalent of the amount received within 7 days following the day, on which it has received a relevant request for payment.
上面JJ代表我司，customer代表客户。

不可抗力：根椐协议，任何一方对由于政府控制，包括拒绝签发或取消出口许可或其他社会动乱，战争，暴动，地震等等原因而造成无法履行或延迟履行其相关义务的行为，不负责任。对于超出上述范围之外的原因，任何一方未履行其协议义务的行为,受影响一方应该发送相关通知至本协议中约定的邮箱地址，同时对产生问题的原因给出详细解释。

如果出于不可抗力的原因，造成JJ无法履行其义务，而客户已经对于货款全额预付,JJ有责任在收到客户退款要求之日起7天内，将收到的相应货款退还给客户。
这是很正常的条款，楼主不必过份忧虑。
