We are a large retailer with 350 stores in the UK who are looking to transfer a large amount of our purchasing from the UK and Europe to buying direct from the manufacturer in the Far East.
I would appreciate if you would give a quotation with photo of product for the following ranges which you produce.
Clothes rack
I would like FOB prices from your nearest port plus container quantities.
These products will be ongoing lines but the opening order will be approximately 50.000 pieces
I addition could you send me FOB prices of your complete range as there are a number of other products which we may be interested in

• shipping port
• carton dimensions
I would need you to hold the price for at least 6 months, this is one of our regular running lines so you would receive consistent orders.

Regarding ### , we are glad to send the sample, but at present ,the package for this item is PP bag with color label, here attached the photo. Of course, before the delivery, we'll make the color boxes according to your require.
If you're sure of needing the sample, we'll send it out after at least a week.
By the way, the sample’s color is porcelain-white, it is free, but we require the freight collected, so please give us your courier account.

We know you are large potential customer, and we are pleasure to do business with you. While we can not afford the courier charge based on our company rule. Is that possible for you to accept Freight collect, and we can refund you the freight charge when you place the order ? This is the best way we can do. Hope it will be workable.
