大家好,我们工厂上个月发给老外的一批货,由于生产经理的疏忽,本来0012客户需要1000个,0011客户需要500个,但我们全部生产成1500个0011了,这两种产品外观都一样就是内部尺寸不一样.货已经在海上了,现在生产经理才告诉我这事,怎么和客户写道歉信呢?求各位元老级的论坛大大帮忙翻译下,诚恳点的.这是新客户第一次合作就这样,真是伤脑筋
我们老板现在目前给我的补救是: 重新生产编号0012产品1000个,原价$8,现在以成本价$7给客户.但生产周期需要1个月.

All goods have been on board to your side with one month(加上实际天数).Pls be patient for them.
As checked the packinglist and shippinglist,found that all the goods are item0011,that is, 1500pcs are item0011 because production shedule is wrong with only item0011 and the person in charge has been punished.
In order to make up our fault,we would like to produce 1000pc of item 0012 for you with price$7 in fact our price on the contract is $8.pls accept this. 如果客户接受的话,重新做份合同,安排定金生产

Dear Sir,
We are sorry to inform that we made a wrong delivery for 1500pcs of item 0011 due to our negligence.The order should be
1000pcs of item 0012 and 500pcs of item 0011.We confused these two item numbers in the actual production since the
outside apprearance looks the same and it's too late for us to call back this shipment since it's on the sea already.
Please take our sincere apology for any inconvenience to be caused by our mistake and I hope that you could still keep and use those 1000pcs of item 0011 we shipped wrongly.
Our remedy proposal is to prioritize the production for 1000pcs of item 0012,as a compensation,we are willing to cut the
price down to US$7.00/pc instead of US$8.00/pc per original order.However,we will need 30days to finish this order.
Please check and let us know your decision.
Your favorable reply is keenly awaited.
I would assure you that we will take effective measures to prevent similar mistakes from happening again in the future.
