In regards to our recent shipment, we experienced some issues at customs as the shipment would not clear.Please include the below information with all commercial invoices to ensure the shipment clears appropriately. Also, it is necessary to provide the commercial invoice and packaging list at the time when the shipment is booked. Please do that in the future.
