3.6 Hydro shell test & seat tightness test performed As per approved drawing pressure

红色框下是这么写的，大虾们帮忙翻译成中文。
Why do you incorporate this comment when none of the valves were tested for seat hydrostatic tests in this PO.?
No need to incorporate in this case..
You need to explain in the response sheet for not incorporating this comment.
(The valves will be tested as per API 598. All valves of this PO will fall under API-598 Table-1 for tests. Hence, the seat hydrostatic tests are not applicable)
这句话是什么意思？让我们把HYDRO BODY(WATER)这一列删掉的意思吗？
API-598 Table-1 我也没见过，让我们怎么办啊。
