Regarding revise the PI, and could you possibly tell me why would you like to cancel your order?I have reported to company. I am terribly sorry that you couldn't cancel the order, because when you confirm the PI, and downed the deposit. We arranged to produce the valve bodies. For some products, it’s really difficult for us to sell them out, like the socket weld ball valve. We’ll cancel the order if we haven't started manufacturing, but the question is that we had arranged for producing bodies before you told us you had to ignore the order. We understand something is just out of your control, but also please kindly consider for us as well.
If you insist on cancel the order, I am afraid my company has to keep my 3-month salary. And unfortunately there's nothing I can do. I feel so sad and innocent because it's not my fault either and I’ve tried my best to do what I can do.May God bless me.
有哪里要修改的,帮兄弟看下,谢谢啊

还有客户打定金了没有?如果打了定金可以从定金来说 如果取消订单 定金不退还
你们产品到底做好没? 是个什么情况 你也要说清楚 大家才会给你意见

定金打了,然后我们就安排下去生产,正在生产,然后客户要把订单数量改掉,由原来的四万美金,变成1万多美金~~~~~~~~~~~

Can you kindly let us know the reason why cancel this order??
As you know, We have started & prepared material for this order after receiving your deposit..
So It will cost for these material as they are customized base on your requested..
It is really difficult to find some one can buy them on the same requested..
So Just free to let me know what s happened and we work it out together.....

不是要你说服公司 而是要说服客户
理由要合理有据
1.更具交易原则 定金到了合同就不能变动
2.材料的损失又谁来承担
3.如果该订单 我方可视为毁约 停止生产 没收定金 当然不希望走到这一步
4,可以让客户提出可行方案
5 立即建议公司停止生产

楼主 最后一段话不要写了,公司扣你奖金什么的,这种不能和客户说的。业务操作里面若不是非常熟悉的客人,不要谈及个人私事
第二点,你要考虑下你的立场,要站在公司的立场去考虑问题,在公司允许范围内尽量满足客户,但是不要说你个公司讲了,但是公司上层决定不可以更改合同之类的,这种说出去会让客户觉得你办事不行,或者觉得你只是一个传话筒而已,没有实际的话语权。
第三,第一次回复的话 还是以探究原因为主,然后知道对方情况后综合考量下,看看还有其它办法,对策不。尽量把损失降到最小
