Please note that it used to be 30%deposit when Cicy took charge. However, this time 20%deposit could be accepted after my negotiation with general manager. Btw, for the following transaction, the payment term will be confirmed as 30%deposit, otherwise we would feel embarrassed in front of accountant officer.

Please note when Cicy handled the business the deposit were always 30%, this time 20% deposit can be accepted as exceptation after discussing wih my manager. But please kindly not the deposit still needs to be 30% for future because of our finance system and audit.
