I needed 80pcs but u have to give me 5pcs each for soncap cert so that I willsubmit the orginal PI together with the soncap cert with form 'm'
which our bank will process on for the payment of our booking order in advance by
T/T
we need to submit this 5pcs each to SON office for soncap certificate which we will
attach with ur PI to our bank for form 'm' approval/allocation of foreign currency
for ur company
and the payment will be T/T into ur bank account in advance
so u need to give us the proforma invoice on 80pcs and give us 5pcs each samples for
soncap cert
pls u have to add my 2% commission to the PI which will be given to me after u get
the full payment in ur bank account.
yes ......they have to do technical test on it before given us the certificate。
when we received .....we shall take the samples for technical test and after
approved the cert.....we shall submit it to our bank with ur orginal PI of our order
just prepare me the PI on 80pcs order and give us 5pcs samples each of 6" and 8" by

整段话的意思，个人觉得是：客户需要80件产品，同时他需要多5块去snop做认证，而5个产品都得到M认证的时候，他会电汇货款给你，你收到货款后，请加多2%的佣金给他，因为做那个认证的时候他出了好多力，呵呵！
