during the term of this contract,part b shall process for party a only.if party b take orders from third party and damage party a ,party a has right to claim to party b for damages.
in case party b cease to work or make workers leave because party a do not make order or deliver no material or other reason due to party a,party a should make compensation to party b all the lost occurs to.the compensation is RMB 843/hour(from monday to friday)，RMB 1197/hour (saturday) ,8 hour/day.
the process fee is as follow:item 1,RMB 18/piece;item 2,RMB 28/piece,tax both not payed
during the course of process,party a has no right to ask party b to work on sunday,except party b agrees to.
party a should pay party b in the next month after the finish of process, and party b will claim for damages according to bank loan rate if any payment delay occurs .
term：2013-10-10 to 2013-11-30
in case any dispute occurs ,both party can submit to court at their business place resspectively.
this contract has two copies and each party has one copy.
