sorry to inform you that till now the cargo haven't been packed onto flight/vessel even we delieved goods to them on 18th Oct due to countless cargo waiting for shipment arrangement.
I will trace with the forwarder and make sure that you will receive the goods asap.

sorry to tell you that the cargo is not loaded on flight. I delivered it to shipping agent on 18th. Oct, but it can't depart on time because airlines has not enough space. but please be patient and I'll keep a close eye on it in order to let you received it timely.
