最近老板让翻译一份供应商传过来的合同，有几小段不会翻译，求大家帮帮忙，不要机器自动翻译的。多谢。内容如下：IMPORT DUTIES:
The buyers shall arrange for all import and port formalities for shipment into and discharge of the goods at discharge port. Any change(s) in regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer . All import duties/taxes/levies/license etc. at discharge port shall be for the buyer’s account/responsibility.
TERMS OF DISCHARGE:
A . laytime to commence 6 hours after notice of readiness tendered or berthing whichever is earlier.
B . Discharging at the rate of 100 metric tons per hour of 24 consecutive hour. Saturdays,Sundays and holidays include.
Should the buyers fail to discharge the goods at the aforesaid
C . Nor tender by facsimile , email, telex , telegraph, wireless , letter or telephone (or any method allowed by the charter party ) is acceptable and deemed to be received at time of transmission.
D . In the absence of original bills of lading, the buyer must obtain bank guarantee for cargo release unless otherwise as per mutual agreement.
LATE PAYMENT INTEREST:
If the buyers fail to make any payment by due date , the sellers shall be entitled “without prejudice to any other right or remedy the sellers may have ) to charge the buyers interest(both before and after any judgement) on the amount unpaid , at the prevailing usd prime interest rate +2.5 percent per annum from the date payment before due until payment is received by the sellers in full.
LATE DELIVERY AND PENALTY:
Should the sellers fail to effect shipment on time as stipulated in the contract ,with exception of force majeure clauses specified in this contract, the buyers shall agree to postpone the shipment on condition that the sellers agree to pay a penalty which shall be deducted by the paying bank from the payment .The penalty, however, shall not exceed 5 percent of the total value of the goods involved in the late shipment.The rate of penalty is charged at 0.5 percent for every seven days, any number of days less than seven days should be counted as seven days.
REMARKS:
For every 10% below the contracted price, seller reserves the right to call for every 10% deposit. This deposit has to received within 2 working days from the date of notice from the seller.Otherwise the seller has the right to sell in the open market on behalf of the buyer and the buyer has to compensate the seller for all the losses incurred by the seller.
OVERAGE PREMIUM:
Overage premium to be for the seller’s account , should the buyer be able to cover at the rates stated below ,other wise seller should be entitled to convert the contract from CNF terms to CIF terms at the agreed insurance premium.
-If vessel is b广告een 16 and 20 years of age , the seller will pay for overage premium to the buyer at the rate 0.1% of the contract price.
-If vessel is b广告een 21 and 25 years of age , the seller will pay for overage premium to the buyer at the rate 0.15% of the contract price.
