我非常抱歉听到我们的甲油出现了一部分干掉的问题，我去检查了我们的生产记录，所有的Tall 10ML bottle 甲油在2012的12月被全部生产，最后批出货却是在2013的年中，所有的甲油从生产到现在已经过去了将近15个月，这是造成问题的关键部分，当然还有其它方面的原因，我会再仔细去检查，避免以后的订单出现类似问题怎么翻译啊

I am awfully sorry to hear that some of our nail enamel desiccated,for which I went to check our production record.It shows that all the nail enamels packed in Tall 10ML bottle were produced in Dec 2012 while the last shipping was only effected in
2013.In other words,all those nail enamels have been sitting there for nearly 15months till now after they were produced.
This should be the key causing the problem while there are other factores as well.I will conduct further review more
carefully,we will take effective mesures to prevents similar indicents from happening again in the future orders.Once again,
please take our sincere apology for any inconvenience caused by this matter.
