We are sorry to inform you that , due to a fire in our warehouse for electric lawnmowers, we have to cancel all remaining orders for electric lawnmowers ,including yours.
Our salesman will let you know when we can supply you with the goods.
We regret any inconvenience to you and hope to be able to serve you again very soon.

我们不无遗憾地通知你们，由于我们的电动割草机仓库起火，我们不得不取消包括你们在内的所有为执行的电动割草机订单。
我们的销售人员会通知你们何时可以供货。

（2）A letter to Decline an Order on Account of Shipment Date
We thank you for your Order NO.39110 of January 25. Unfortunately, however ,it did not reached here until yesterday.
Because of this delay , it is impossible for us to arrange the shipment by the end of March as requested. The earliest shipment would be in May. Such being the case, we cannot accept your order.
However ,if you are able to accept May shipment, please let us know immediately and we will make the shipment without fail .
We thank you for order and look forward to your decision.

谢谢你们1月25号发出的第39110号订单。但不幸的是，订单昨天才到。

（3）A letter to Decline a Request for Price Reduction
Thank you for your reply of June 5 to our quotation , requesting our special reduction in price.
We are very sorry to let you know that the prices we quoted are firm and consistent with our pricing for all markets. Therefore , it will not be possible to grant your request for special reduction without affecting the benefits of our other agents.
We hope you will understand the importance of our pricing policy and look forward to your firm order soon.
拒绝降价要求

（4）A letter to Decline an Offer
Thank you for your prompt reply to our enquiry for your DX110 headphones.
While appreciating your quotation with detailed information, we feel sorry that we are not able to give you an immediate order, because your prices appear to be on the high side compared with quotations from other suppliers. To accept your offer would leave us little profit. Therefore ,we have to decline your offer with regret.
We thank you again for your prompt attention to this matter and hope to have an opportunity to do business with you in the future.
