First of all,please accept my sincere apology as we were just notified by our frame supplier for the mintor of 22" that they
could not supply us with the frame for TP226 minitor for at least 2months.Their prodction equipment and raw material were damaged by the fire incident happened recently in their workshops.Consequently,there is no way for us to deliver the order
for 100pcs you just issued.
Secondly,for this type of minitor of 22",we another another model TWW226,which is very close to TP226 in terms of
size and construction.This minitor is OEMed for IBM while the frame is provided by another supplier.We would have no
problem of delivering this item if you could take this one instead.Please check the specification sheet as attached and advise
whether this suggestion is acceptable.
Last but not the least,we could arrange for refund if you are not happy with our proposal.Once again,we are awfully sorry for
the inconvenience that might have been caused to you by this incident.

I feel very sorry! Our supplier who provide 22in display casing informed that they won't be able to supply the case for the TP226 display in two months, because their plant catch fire and the production equipment as well as raw material were damaged.As a result,we can't delivery the 100 pieces of goods you ordered before.For the 22in display we have another type TWW226, it's dimension as the same as TP266. This type is orderd for IBM and the casing is supplied by another supplier.At the moment it can be normally deliveried. Please assess the specification attached and confirm whether it can replace the TP226.Thankyou very much! In case you don't agree, we can arrange refund. We apologise for the inconvenience.
