客户发来artwork的文件，打开之后文字部分是乱码，想请客户将文字转换成曲线，用英语应该怎样说？would you pls convert the font code into the curve?这么说对吗？请指点，谢谢！

change the letter into curve line. 偶对客人都是这样说的。 都明白。 就是客人发过来的专用彩盒的包装的设计图。

一米国银是这样说的：
Some of the type in the ai file is using fonts that they may not have available for their printers, so they are asking to have all the type changed into "vector" objects instead of actual fonts. I just fixed that problem in the file. I also embeded the pictures in the ai file as well, so hopefully they will show up for them this time.
