因我司和客户同时涉及很多签约主体，导致客户订单经常发错地方，发错传真号码，为了规范客户订单发送路径，需要给客户草拟一份正式的通知函件。请版主和各位大侠帮忙草拟一个模板，谢谢！

Bank Account NO. and Bank Name to which PO payment shall be transferred：XXXXXX & XXXXXX
Furthermore, other information regarding PO receiving and PO payment remains unchanged.
