In order to solve the problem ASAP, we suggest you change the control card directly. Upon your approval, we will sent you the new control card immediately by DDHL. Pls change it as soon as you receive it. We had thought the 50 sets of device you received were operated under windows system, so at that time we did not download linux driving code for the control card.

The system has been built and debugged with TCAR's helping .For now ,they are making a new patch ,which may need a week.
In order to slove this problem quickly, It's suggested to replace the control card directly .The new contral card will be shipped to you by DHL express soon . （once you recevie it ,please use it . 这句话完全可以不用！）
Besides,The 50 sets of equipments didn't add Linux drive code by our mistake . (后面没有补救措施吗？)
