第四个是，因为货物质量不好和货期延迟了，然后怎么样？

honestly I wish your team would have kept to what I requested long ago when we started the relationship , as a 5000 credit line only, I was un- aware that there was a large balance here, this is why I request statements monthly as well as small credit line only so I can avoid these issues, this was not followed, so we need payment arrangements on this over some time.

老实说我希望你的团队能按照我们开始合作时我所提出的要求来执行， 因为我们只有5000的信贷额度（还是最高限额5000的支付条款），我没有意识到有如此大的账目，所以这就是为什么我每个月都在提出这些要求和小额的信贷额度，就是为了避免这些问题，你们并未按我的要求执行，所以我们要求需要稍后安排付款。

这个客户从去年10月份到今年7月份，我们一共做了26个订单的货给他，他还没付款，他说有些订单质量有问题，产生了检测费，空运费，要我们承担，这些有问题的订单的货客户不接受，要退回给我们
