因为我们供应商做错，大货都做好了才知道做错，做成500g白卡
质量是提高档次的
但是毕竟是没有经过客人同意的
我想写信告诉客人，供应商做错，封底封面做成500g白卡，质量提高了，但是我们价格没有变
希望客人可以接受
写这种信。我怕一些词汇用得不恰当

It is very sorry to tell you that our notebook suppliers produce the 500gsm whiter paperboard for cover of notebook. The pre-production notebook’s cover use the 350gsm grey paperboard.
Please see attached detailed pictures.
Now the quality of the notebook is higher, and considering the time of delivery on time, how about mass goods use higher quality cover for notebook, of course, we will not charge any costs

Sorry to inform you that our manufacturer made a mistake, they made the front and back cover of books with 500g white card paper instead of 350g grey card paper which is
used in sample.However, the quality is improved and we will keep the price. Hope that you will accept it.
