I got an order on 03-Dec. After then, I sent the PI to the customer for checking accordingly and also advise her to remit the deposit. On 05-Dec, she advised me that " We are just waiting for the Australian Dollar to rise,as it is at 4.5year low at the moment. "According to the cooperation before, the customer remit the value soon everytime. It is the 6th day, why the customer havenot pay the deposit although I kept on tracking this matter.
Please help.

nobody can help but to keep pushing your customer, remember to remind buyer that the bulk delivery may be slided because of the delay on deposit for the sake of protecting your company,
