We have a bad news for you.The pending consignment was not shipped on board due to the confusion of
the doc number by the carrier.As the remedy,the carrier has agreed to re-schedule it to the next vessel with
ETD on Dec 11 free of charge.Should you need any further clarification,please feel free to let me know.

Sorry, we failed to load the goods in time because of the wrong documents issued by the shipping company. The courier will shift it to next shippment of 11th/12 freely. Sincerly
