求大神翻译下，本人实在翻译不出那个范出来：Siemens Aktiengesellschaft (hereinafter SAG), being and remaining the sole owner of all rights in the trademark SIEMENS, registered inter alia at the World Intellectual Property Organisation under no. 637, hereby authorizes the members of IPPAG listed below appointed in the framework agreement between SAG and IPPAG to brand such products with the trademark SIEMENS for which SAG has issued an approval sheet and an approved purchase order or has issued an approval sheet for products from an IPPAG member catalogue as long as such products are solely delivered to SAG or a party designated by SAG. Such authorization may be withdrawn at SAG’s own discretion at any time.
This authorization does not give the members of IPPAG any further rights than explicitly stated in this authorization. In no event the designated members of IPPAG are entitled to deliver products branded with the trademark SIEMENTS to another party than SAG or a praty designated by SAG without the prior written consent of SAG.

西门子股份公司（以下简称SAG），是商标SIEMENS所有权的唯一拥有者，登记在世界知识产权组织（the World Intellectual Property Organisation）。 登记号：637，特此授权IPPAG下面的SAG和IPPAG之间的商标为SIEMENS，其中SAG已发出批准和经批准的采购订单，或已经从发行审批对产品的协议等品牌产品上，委任IPPAG成员目录，只要这类产品完全交付给SAG或SAG指定的一方。这种授权SAG可以自行决定在任何时间撤回。
此授权不给IPPAG成员或本授权明确规定的任何其他权利。在任何情况下IPPAG指定的成员都有权提供产品的品牌与商标SIEMENTS给另一方比SAG或praty没有SAG的事先书面同意，由SAG指定。

这一份倒像是商标说明，不像是授权书。按照上面的内容来看只是说明SAG公司在IPPAG公司备案了。说明了下两者的关系什么的，但是看不出是授权给谁的。。。
大品牌的授权书看多了这类不像啊。

这边接触过的大牌的授权书一般没有去撤IPPAG的问题，都是直接说明自己是商标合法持有人，然后授权给XX工厂生产并出口，并要求工厂将所有产物完整出售给己方这样的。所以上面那段有些还真是翻不出来。哎，英语不好是硬伤啊。。。。
