客户发我our standard payment term is T/T 30 days receipt the copy of shipping docs that means we count 30 days after receipt copy of shipping docs.我发现从中国到英国船期好像就24天 我想回他们只有我们收到钱才能给原始单据 想问他们有没有问题 这个怎么翻译的专业又礼貌？评论

But as per our company policy, what the payment we can accept for all the oversea customers is we release the shipping dox once upon receipt of full payment, and before it we can send you BL copy to prove the goods is shipped,
pls confirm your acceptance by mail return.
