请教下各位，最近碰到个不靠谱的客户，PO什么的都下了，但是一直没有收到预付款。期间他还不停的催着生产和交货，我还如何用英语婉转的催他付款呢？评论
给他一个proforma invoice，确定PO金额，再回复他：sorry I cannot request the ocean booking until payment is received.
