2. 交付：许可方将在由用户指定且用户已允许许可方访问的网络服务器上交付软件。软件交付日期界定为：2014年12月28日。交付应被许可方的要求而开始进行。
本协议生效。
本协议生效后，即成为《*****软件许可与使用协议》不可分割的组成部分，与《*****软件许可与使用协议》具有同等的法律效力。
除本协议中明确所作修改的条款之外，原协议的其余部分应完全继续有效。
