M BASE 109
The M BASE 109 is a new vacuum metalisation base coat for POLYPROPYLENE. The M BASE 109 has an excellent adhesion to the support WITHOUT USING PRIMER and it assures an elasticity and a filling superior to the traditional base coat.
THE FINISH MAIN PROPERTIES ARE:
High gloss.
Excellent adhesion to the support: tape sealing after checkering.
Excellent metalisation sealing.
No corrosio
M 109 Basecoat used to promote a better bonding surface for extrinsic painting when using a shore 20A or higher/harder silicone. Made to be brushed in an open mold prior to packing pigmented Platinum Base Silicones. Must be used with M-109 "Basecoat Part A".
