关于JCP验厂时间太长, 我找不到之前验厂的资料了. 因为验厂需要的费用较大, 如果需要重新验厂的话, 验厂费用自付, 同时订单数量不少于20W/年. 怎么才能委婉的跟客人说.客人是这样问的:

Regarding to JCP factory, we think we can get re-audit after we get order from JCP. Please advise factory ID# and info, so we can tell buyer we have factory which made JCP goods before.

I am afraid that I could not locate the relevant information of the factory JCP audited before as that's done long time ago.Would it be fine
in case we need to pay for the auding cost ourselves as it's quite costly to do so?Additionally,the MOQ should not
be less than 200,000.00pcs annually.

对于JCP验厂来说，往往有效期到了就需要重验，而以前验厂的资料也只要极少部分能用的，绝大部分是需要重新更新和制定的。

Hi X,
I could`t find the papers inspected before due to the inspection has been done for a long time.
If needed to do the re-audit, the order quantity placed will have to be more than 200 000 pcs anually, beause of the high cost for inspection,and we have to pay for it.

1.你说之前的验厂过了太久，说明工厂很久没有做客户的单。不验更不可能吧。
2.费用大？怎么会费用高，人家是要看你实际的工厂状态。客人会疑问费用出在那里。
